When do you need a sworn interpreter?

Egyptian authorities conduct their procedures in Arabic. If you do not speak Arabic, many offices ask for an interpreter to attend so they can be sure you understand what you are signing or saying.

A sworn interpreter interprets accurately and impartially between you and the official, and can explain the content of a document before you sign it. This protects you and makes the procedure valid.
